The program aims to award academic excellence and encourage STEM careers for Men, Women Students & Persons with Disabilities from Engineering institutions across India. It nurtures and rewards academic rigor, innovation, research and co-curricular pursuits of men, women and the differently abled students pursuing technical higher education. Financial support shall be provided to meritorious engineering students studying full-term B.E/B.Tech Degree for 3rd year (5th Semester) & M.Tech 1st year in the field of Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Computer Engineering in universities across the country.

Technical assessment is used to evaluate the technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and practical abilities of candidates. The overall duration of the assessment will be 70 minutes. We will be covering Cognitive, Computer Science and Electronics as the major groups under which the assessment will happen. This will be conducted on the HirePro platform.
Smartathon is a dynamic and engaging competition that fosters innovation and problem-solving, inspiring candidates to develop cutting-edge solutions and make a positive impact on society through technology-driven initiatives.
Candidates have to address real-world challenges, explore futuristic scenarios, and make use of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, blockchain, and augmented reality. Smartathon is designed around some of the most relevant social problems and is intended to bring out efficient technology driven solutions which could benefit society at a larger scale.
Candidates are challenged to devise and present smart and innovative ideas and projects within a limited timeframe.
